Family Support Division/Child Support

The Family Support Division believes that every child has a right to receive support from both parents, even if the parents are separated, divorced, or never married.  Missouri's Child Support Program is designed to help our citizens locate absent parents, establish paternity, establish medical and child support orders, enforce orders of support, review and modify existing orders and distribute support collections.  This program strengthens Missouri Families by providing services to both the custodial and noncustodial parent to help them address their child support issues and achieve self-sufficiency.
