Welcome and Introductions
Pam LaFrenz, MHSA President welcomed the group and opened the meeting with very brief introductions. Changes were made to the order of the agenda and the meeting will proceed with agenda changes.

Reauthorization Update
A review of the 2007 Improving Head Start Act Conference Support as authored by Barb Haxton and Tim Nolan was shared with the Council.
