The Missouri Leadership Institute

The Missouri Head Start Association is excited to announce The Missouri Leadership Institute. Designed to be an ongoing resource for Head Start, Community Action Agencies and our partners, the Institute is built around the work being done at the Center for Leadership Excellence, Inc.

Purpose:
> Creating a leadership pool for future success
> Strengthening the profession through stronger dispersed leadership
> Deepening the skills and increasing the effectiveness of those now in leadership positions
> Developing skills critical to the turbulent environment of today and tomorrow

> CAA agencies: their staff and leadership
> Partnering agencies: their staff, management and leadership
